Tensionometer

The Tensionometer is manufactured from stainless steel components, with brass blocks to clamp onto the wire rope.

The Tensionometer is ideally suited to measuring direct winch rope loads on machines such as tower cranes and gantry cranes where there is a "dead-end" in the winch rope.

Units are available to suit 19, 20, 21mm wire ropes, others available on request.

Combine this tensionometer with a Model 6213 load indicator for a simple method of measuring load on a gantry crane.
